TikTok Campaign

Over three years working as L’Occitane’s paid social agency, CROING identified a key insight: while promotions drive short-term sales peaks, consumers’ real motivation to repurchase lies in their emotional connection to the brand and the way its products elevate everyday routines into luxury rituals.

To replicate sales peaks without relying on offers, we launched a series of highly localized, video-first social content that tapped into relatable inner thoughts and daily behaviors, blending humor, aspiration, and cultural relevance. First rolled out in Chile, the approach transformed desire into action—proving that premium value, when communicated the right way, can drive performance on its own.

The campaign delivered strong business impact, including increased online store activity, growth in total orders, over one million video views, and rapid community growth.
