Many of you know her:Ā Anggie Salazar, VP of Marketing atĀ CROING l Creative AgencyĀ and my sister. Her birthday was two days ago, on November 30th, and that day I found myself reflecting on the impact she has had on my life. She inspired me to study, to speak up, to speak in English, to go after bigger clients, to start a podcast, to improve my style, to create content, to know my personal value, to only do what I love, to rest, and to always give my all.

With her support,Ā CROING l Creative AgencyĀ evolved from working with startups to landing our first big corporate clients eight years ago. She has been fundamental in our evolution into a creative advertising agency, one that has grown by attracting fearless clients who want to win people’s hearts, or at least get closer to them one day at a time.

Working with Anggie, both as a team member and as agency–client, must be one of the most powerful things you can experience. She is SO SMART (she was bold enough to change her successful career as an oil engineer in Abu Dhabi and move into marketing). She treats every project like it’s her own entrepreneurship, and she is more in tune with culture than anyone I know, and trust me, my team is full of people like that, haha.

Eres muy pana, chama, y te amo šŸ’™Ā Anggie Salazar

Give her a follow and show her some birthday love!
