Chobani’s Hispanic ERG, thank you for having me, for allowing me to share part of my journey as a founder and creative leader, and for creating a space where stories, creativity, and inspiration meet!
During the session, I talked about how building CROING l Creative Agency has been a mix of curiosity, creativity, and a deep passion for culture. From starting a business at 22 to leading a creative agency and cultural hub today, I’ve learned that being vulnerable was the right thing to do, and that keeping people at the center of everything I do is ultimately what has allowed me to build something meaningful.
I admire when companies like Chobani take the time to inspire their teams through real stories and lived experiences. It’s a beautiful reminder that inspiration often begins with listening.
