Labor Day Reflections: People First

Labor Day always makes me reflect on work—its meaning and the people who make it possible.
Ten years ago, I founded CROING l Creative Agency with a clear dream: to change the numbers and perspectives in the creative industry and to always put people at the center of everything we do. From day one, my goal was to create a space where every team member, client, and partner could grow, share, and feel heard.
Today, looking back, I see an incredible team that makes every challenge worth it. From meeting with clients with Anggie Salazar, our VP of Sales & Marketing (also my sister), to day-to-day meetings with our team, I’m reminded that work is more than projects—it’s shared laughter, collaboration and learning together.
In the creative industry, only .1% of agencies are founded by women, and celebrating work also means celebrating those who lead with purpose, passion, and culture—and who are working to change those numbers, just like we do at hashtag#CROING.
I love my work and I love sharing it with friends, family, and a team that turns creative ideas into experiences that bring brands closer to people.
Labor Day is a reminder that work matters most when we do it together and put people first.
Big thanks to my ride-or-slide team Ana Da Silva, Camila Lessire Briceño, Milagros Storto, Gabriela Torres Bighetti, Juan Pablo Gonzalez Franco, Anggie Salazar
