🎂 My birthday wish

As a good Leo, I see every birthday as an opportunity to give myself recognition for another year of chasing my dreams and working on the projects I set out for myself.

These past two years have been CHALLENGING— we’ve been betting on working with brands and projects we believe in, on a bigger scale and that takes time, energy, travel, showing up, pitching, a lot of money, tears, trying, trying, trying… and conviction.

I’m so lucky and happy to share my day and my work with people I love: my mom, my sister, many leaders at CROING l Creative Agency who are also friends, and so much talent that comes to us through recommendations from family and friends.

Thanks to my work, this year I achieved something that fills me with pride: having my whole family together in hashtag#NYC celebrating with me for the first time! It’s incredibly rewarding to lead an agency I’ve always dreamed of creating — women-owned, women-led, creative as fuck, sensitive to the world — and that ultimately allows me to live my life to the fullest and believe we can become everything we want.

So… my birthday wish? Let’s make it three:

1. To work with our favorite brands on projects that make the world more fun, inclusive y human.

2. To keep doing it with my favorite people ever.

3. For it to allow me to be closer to the people I love the most.
