In advertising, success is often measured in clicks, reach, or sales. But when it comes to connecting with communities, there’s something bigger to consider: the narrative🙏🏽
As I mentioned in this talk, many global brands have the data, the insights, and even the right intentions. Yet sometimes, the stories they put out, while effective, don’t necessarily ELEVATE the narrative of the community they’re speaking to.
Using your brand power to elevate and accurately reflect the narrative we need to see, especially for the Latino community in the U.S., is incredibly important, almost vital. So go and use it!
