Brandweek started in Phoenix🏜️This was my first time in Phoenix and I’m so happy to have gone to Brandweek, brought my family too and we had the best time. I met innovative marketers that are shaping the industry one idea at a time and continue to work with CROING l Creative Agency to help them communicate through people-first campaigns 🚀Also this year I interviewed women leaders at the event to share their networking journey through our initiative Women who Network.

Sharing my story at the event💖
I'm originally from Venezuela and one of my favorite things to do is meeting new people and that’s what I’ve been doing at BrandWeek, but when I say “meet”, I don’t mean just a handshake, we share our stories and goals, so here’s a bit of what I’ve been sharing
✅I work on a women-founded, women-led creative agency
✅ My sister founded the company 10 years ago and I joined 2 years after, leaving a big oil and gas corporation to pursue my marketing passion, we were a team of 5 back then, we’re almost 100 now
✅Last year I couldn’t make it to BrandWeek because my baby was 6 months old and I wanted to stay with him, this year I brought him with me and my husband is taking care of him and enjoying the resort while I enjoy myself doing what I love to do: meeting new people
✅My initiative Women Who Network, powered by CROING has allowed me to meet wonderful women whose networking journey can inspire more women to start networking and getting their goals met thanks to it and this week we’re having a BrandWeek special. And I’ve been met with so many wonderful stories with commonalities, hobbies, career paths and most of all warmth and the ocasional hug, thanks so much everyone. I’m so glad to have shared my story with and to have listened to the perspectives of all the speakers.

It was such an incredible experience connecting with so many inspiring marketers and brands during the event. One of the major highlights of the last two days was definitely the Brand Genius Awards – huge congratulations to the amazing winners! 👏🥇 But what truly stands out from this week is the relationships we built with inspiring people like.
The most important part of these connections is keeping in touch, supporting one another, and growing together. 🚀 At CROING l Creative Agency we believe in collaboration and pushing boundaries, and I’m grateful to the agency and team for supporting me throughout this week.
Congrats to ADWEEK and the incredible team who made this event possible!
Thanks to Arizona Grand Resort & Spa and especially to the Bell team that helped me be wherever I needed to be, on time and in style 😎 After such an amazing experience, I also took some time to slow down and enjoy special moments with my baby by the pool.
💕 It’s all about balance!
