While looking at my Notion page where we track my outfits for the #WomenWhoBrand podcast, I realized how proud I am of this initiative đĽš
I started this podcast because of my sister Anggie Salazar, also our Sales & Marketing Director at CROING l Creative Agency. Sheâs been telling me to create content since I moved to Germany when I was 19 â yes, sheâs a visionary. She insisted I start a podcast, and I was never ready.
Studio, setting, topic⌠I had excuses. So she did what she always does â inspired me and led by example. She spoke with the #CROING team, created the name, designed the logo, and started her own podcast: Women Who Network Initiative â now she has more than 50 episodes.
Just like my sister inspired me, her podcast inspired and became the sister of mine â Women Who Brand â which has become a platform that spotlights inspiring women in the industry by sharing their journeys and insights, especially those who are at the top of their careers and still think theyâre not ready to speak out.
This podcast has become a way to learn and strengthen my relationship with a community of marketers and women leaders who are shaping how people perceive, interact with, and remember a brand.
