I had the pleasure of talking with Justine Siegal, PhD, Co-Founder of the Women's Pro Baseball League, and her story is truly inspiring.

Justine shared how being told to stop playing baseball became her life’s mission, to show girls everywhere that the game is for them. When she told me about her time playing in Venezuela, my hometown, and about a man who said that watching her play inspired him to let his daughter play too, it was a beautiful reminder of the power of representation and what visibility truly means 🥹

What she’s building today goes beyond sports, it’s about belonging, empowerment, and believing that every girl deserves to be seen on the field. And I’m so happy to share stories like this to help show the world where these girls truly belong. Don’t miss it!
